Schedule:* 1st Shift.Pay:* $20.00/hr.Key Responsibilities:* Receive all new IT hardware into inventory Work with Facilities Team to receive in unused Agent machines and retrieve cleaned/sanitized used agents machines.

Prepare all returned assets and peripherals for reuse or recycle Keep an accurate accounting of all hardware stored Useable and to be recycled Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, webcams, headsets, etc. Image all new and usable Desktops and Laptops Process imaging, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, laptops, & peripheral equipment and software Inventory all recycle equipment and report such for processing Work with vendor to repair any in-warranty assets as needed. Prepare boxes for shipping hardware and inform Facilities of shipping needs Work with Facilities to get shipping labels Report all work to Supervisor Lifting, moving, storing and prepping Computer hardware.

Qualifications:* 1-2 years' experience working in the IT Support field or the like Excellent communication skills Some knowledge & experience of Windows devices and support of Windows OS Able and willing to learn new as well as existing technologies and processes as required Experience installing software, patches, updates on desktops and laptops is helpful but not required Experience working with computer hardware Shipping and Receiving experience is not required but very helpful Successful at working in a team culture Excellent written and organizational skills.Get a complete career fit with Kelly*.®*.
